Senior Estimator - Fit Out

Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Fit-Out projects within the UAE
- Proven expertise in Design and Build projects, particularly in commercial fit-outs (corporate offices, villas, etc.)
- Basic understanding of MEP systems
- Ability to interpret, and comprehend contractual terms and conditions
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and PlanSwift software
- Familiar with on-site work and project implementation processes
- In-depth knowledge of market rates for all relevant materials
- Capable of independently managing projects with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with effective time management skills and the ability to handle challenges
