SSA is recruiting a Senior Project Manager (Capital Projects) on behalf of a Public Sector Institution in Dublin.
About the role:
Opportunity to lead a landmark capital development project for a prestigious public-sector institution in Dublin. This senior leadership role on a multi-phase project aimed at modernising a historic city-centre campus.
The role involves high-level stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, and full project lifecycle management. You’ll act as the central liaison between internal executive teams and external bodies including government departments, local authorities, and design teams.

Position requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (Level 8 minimum)
- 7 years' experience in delivering large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and governance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
