SSA is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a tier 1 main contractor for a position based in South Dublin.

About the role:

This position has been created due to another successful project award. Working closely with Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include identifying profitable opportunities, tendering, maintaining trackers and registers, preparing CVR reports, agreeing final accounts, and mentoring junior staff. This position will suit someone self-motivated, eager to progress their career.

Position requirements:

- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years experience as a Senior QS
- Previous contractor experience is required
- Large scale commercial or residential project experience
- Valid working rights within Ireland / Europe
