Senior Quantity Surveyor - Multidisciplinary Consultancy - Dublin

SSA is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy based in Dublin.
About the role:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a cost consultancy firm, managing and delivering projects through all stages of construction. The successful applicant will report directly to a Director and assist in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must possess strong commercial acumen, be well-versed in current industry regulations.
Duties include but not limited too:
- Developing cost plans and budget estimates
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Reviewing and evaluating tenders
- Negotiating and agreeing on variations
- Providing cost reports
- Managing final account settlements

Position requirements:
- 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 8+ years QS experience in Ireland/UK (consultancy)
