SSA is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a modular contractor for a position based in Limerick.

About the role:

This position has been created due to company growth. Working closely with Company Directors, your responsibilities will include identifying profitable opportunities, tendering, maintaining trackers and registers, preparing CVR reports, agreeing final accounts, and mentoring junior staff. This position will suit someone ambitious with the ability to work across a variety of projects.

This company is one of Ireland's leading manufacturers of portable cabins and steel-framed modular buildings. They are expanding their commercial team due to an extremely busy orderbook, primarily servicing the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors throughout Munster and Connacht.

Position requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction discipline
- 5+ years experience as a Senior QS
- Previous contractor experience is preferable
- Valid working rights within Ireland / Europe
