Senior Sales Manager

Our client is a well known office furniture distributor in Vancouver. They are looking to bring on a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue within the business and win projects. 

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities within assigned accounts and new accounts. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets through proactive and strategic business development efforts, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline actively targeting key client groups, including Architect & Design (A&D) Firms, Real Estate, Project Management firms, large corporate end-users, and government entities.
  • Engage in networking, lead tracking, and strategic alignment efforts with Sales and General Sales Managers to drive business growth.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that align with customer needs and project-specific solutions.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies to enhance product positioning and service offerings.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects to refine business strategies.
  • Work closely with sales operations teams to ensure a seamless sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to Workplace Consultant team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
  • Support key strategic projects on an ad-hoc basis to drive business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing a complex B2B sales cycle in a multinational environment.
  • University degree with 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Industry experience in office furniture or related sectors preferred.
