- Assisting the Project Architectural Team, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards are being achieved on the sites in question, to include carrying out daily site inspections of the works and recording of projects status, issues to be addressed and record of quality standards to be achieved.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the clients site representatives, maintaining strong, professional relationships and effectively communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Construction Oversight: Monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and to assist the Project Architectural Team in resolving any on-site issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the design team including civil, structural, M&E engineers, landscape architects to deliver integrated project solutions.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with the Works Requirements, Building regulations and standards, and environmental standards.
- Prepare reports monthly for inclusion into the Lead Architect’s monthly report. Recording of all site inspections in a timely basis and regular review of the remedial processes carried out by the Contractors and their representatives.
- Degree in architecture, architectural technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to use Revit/AutoCAD skills required would be an added benefit.
- 5+ years post qualification experience
