Senior Site Superintendent | Metro Vancouver

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial construction projects across Metro Vancouver. This role suits a hands-on leader who takes full ownership of the site, drives performance, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

Responsibilities
• Oversee site operations from mobilization through completion
• Manage schedules, sequencing, and daily site coordination
• Supervise subtrades, site staff, and material deliveries
• Maintain safety standards and WSBC compliance
• Track site budgets and control material costs
• Coordinate with project teams on reporting and documentation
• Troubleshoot site challenges and maintain strong stakeholder communication
• Foster a proactive, solutions-driven site culture

Requirements
• 10 to 20 years superintendent experience on commercial or industrial projects
• Minimum 5 years leading tilt-up concrete projects
• Proven leadership managing complex builds
• Strong track record delivering projects safely and on schedule
• Self-motivated leader comfortable in fast-paced environments.
