Senior Structural Engineer – Lead, Design, and Make an Impact!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform calculations and develop specifications for structures that stand the test of time.
• Manage diverse projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality control.
• Work closely with clients from both private and public sectors.
• Oversee design, review contractor drawings, and conduct site inspections.
• Assess existing structures, conduct condition investigations, and develop solutions.
• Manage budgets, contribute to proposals, and help secure new business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience, a P.Eng. in Ontario, and a strong background in concrete, steel, and wood structures.
• Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships.
• Proficient in structural analysis software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant design codes (OBC, CHBDC).
• Excellent written and verbal skills to lead meetings, prepare reports, and engage with clients.
• Experience with site inspections, contract administration, and structural evaluations.
