SERVICE SALES ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Promote aftermarket services, including maintenance, repair, spare parts, and retrofitting of
rotating equipment/pumps
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals
Customer Engagement
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish connections with potential
clients
Conduct site visits and technical discussions to understand customer requirements
Technical Support
Offer technical advice and solutions tailored to customer needs
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Market Research
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies
Identify gaps in customer requirements and suggest improvements in service offerings
Reporting
Track sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports
Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in sales or service of rotating equipment/pumps
Strong technical knowledge of pumps, rotating equipment, and related accessories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
