• Currently turning over in the region of £200m per annum across the main earthworks business and sister companies.
• Nationwide coverage of largescale earthworks scopes, including ground stabilisation and modification services.
• Growing number of Tier One contracts being awarded across the country.
• Family owned and run business

Project Information: 

• A59 Kex Gill Improvement Works
• 4km of New Road Construction; Offline Construction with localised tie-ins to existing A59 Kex Gill.
• Scope – Bulk Earthworks up to Subbase Level. Circa. 350,000m3 Mass Haul.
• Subcontracted from a Tier 1 main contractor.
• Estimated project completion Q2 2026.

Candidate Requirements:

• Engineering / Technical Background, presentable and client facing.
• Engineer looking for step up to Agent, Agent / PM with Bulk Earthworks & Soil Stabilisation/Modification Experience.
• Main duties will be programme management; technical review for change management; overseeing engineering functions, client facing duties, site technical compliance and progress reporting.
• Needs to be hands on and willing to get stuck in with the works manager, commercial teams and engineering team.
• Will be reporting directly to the Contract Manager for the project (visits once per week).
• Salary negotiable depending on candidate.
• Site working hours 7am to 7pm. A normal 8am to 6am working day would be appropriate for this role. Can be reviewed for the right candidate.
