SSA are looking for a site architect for our client, a well-known architecture firm in Dublin.

- Develop site layouts and architectural designs for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the site to understand environmental, zoning, and regulatory constraints.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure design goals are met.
- Oversee the design process from initial concept to final construction, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and incorporating feedback throughout the project.
- Relevant architectural degree
- 5+ years of experience in site design and architecture, preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Proven experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
