SSA Group are seeking a General Foreman on behalf of a leading Irish Developer, for a high density residential development in South County Dublin (Dublin 18).
The company in question is a family-based business with a very good reputation, and despite growing to become a leader within the industry, they are still very much a close-knit company.
The project is an apartment development on a tight site, so logistics will form an important aspect of the role.
€70,000 - €80,000 + package on offer.

What you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level. with either a Main Contractor or Developer.
- Experience taking projects through from start to finish.
- Experience on residential developments (housing or apartments).
- Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
- Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
