NOW HIRING: Commercial Site Superintendent – Interior Renovations
 
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Downtown Core Preferred)

Salary: Up to $120K + Benefits

Experience: 5+ Years (Local GTA Experience Required)
Are you an experienced Site Superintendent with a passion for interior renovations and fit-outs? My client, a leading construction management firm, is looking to add a skilled professional to their growing team.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage commercial interior renovation/fit-out projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a strong site presence
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of local experience as a Site Superintendent in the GTA
• Proven expertise in interior renovations and fit-outs (preferably in the downtown core)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project schedules
• Must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work
