SSA Group is partnered with a leading cadastral specialist surveying firm that is seeking a surveyor. Due to ongoing work and a strong pipeline of future projects, our client is looking to expand their surveying team in Sydney. This role is perfect for a surveyor looking to become a registered surveyor or has started their pathway to becoming registered
What will our new responsibilities be?
What will our new responsibilities be?
- Topographic, contour, and detail surveying; Cadastral surveying across a range of rural, urban, and greenfield locations
- survey plans for building residential structures
- Among the many projects for which cadastral surveys are conducted are large-scale subdivisions.
- Construction projects for homes and businesses.
- Developments in Strata and Community Title
projects related to infrastructure. - Interact with a wide range of clients, such as government agencies, builders, and developers of all sizes.
- Communicate with team members, project managers, and clients to produce outstanding outcomes.
- Postgraduate Qualification degree or diploma;
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Survey/Civil software; familiarity with Leica and Trimble total stations and GNSS equipment;
- A valid Class "C" driver's licence from NSW;
- 12-month minimum experience working as a land surveyor in New South Wales
- Outstanding communication and time management abilities; capacity to work both individually and collaboratively.
