SSA Group is partnered with a leading cadastral specialist surveying firm that is seeking a surveyor. Due to ongoing work and a strong pipeline of future projects, our client is looking to expand their surveying team in Sydney. This role is perfect for a surveyor looking to become a registered surveyor or has started their pathway to becoming registered
What will our new responsibilities be?
Topographic, contour, and detail surveying; Cadastral surveying across a range of rural, urban, and greenfield locations
survey plans for building residential structures
Among the many projects for which cadastral surveys are conducted are large-scale subdivisions.
Construction projects for homes and businesses.
Developments in Strata and Community Title projects related to infrastructure.
Interact with a wide range of clients, such as government agencies, builders, and developers of all sizes.
Communicate with team members, project managers, and clients to produce outstanding outcomes.
What do you need to be a successful candidate?
Postgraduate Qualification degree or diploma;
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Survey/Civil software; familiarity with Leica and Trimble total stations and GNSS equipment;
A valid Class "C" driver's licence from NSW;
12-month minimum experience working as a land surveyor in New South Wales
Outstanding communication and time management abilities; capacity to work both individually and collaboratively.
