Job Description

I'm currently looking for an Tender/Estimation Manager to work with a foundation engineering contractor in the UAE.
The right candidate must have:
Minimum 10 years experience in piling and shoring works cost estimation and tender preparation
Good negotiation skills with clients during tender meetings, post tender clarifications and contract award negotiations.
Must have Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
