Water Resources Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Water Resources, you’ll take charge of designing and executing diverse projects, including stormwater management systems, hydrological studies, natural channel realignments, and low-impact development solutions. Beyond technical leadership, this role offers the opportunity to mentor a talented team and shape the future of water resources engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of water resources projects within the land development industry.
  • Develop and implement hydrologic and hydraulic models, from conceptual designs to detailed engineering plans.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, memos, and construction documents.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
What You Bring
  • Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • 6+ years in water resources design or fieldwork, with proven leadership experience.
  • P.Eng. designation required.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, PCSWMM, Visual OTTHYMO, HEC-RAS, and related software. Experience with HEC-RAS 2D modeling and ArcGIS is an asset.
  • Strong communicator with a passion for mentoring and team development.
