SSA is working alongside a Tier 2 contractor who is based in Perth. They are seeking a WHS Advisor for a site-based role in Perth.

- Establish and preserve a risk-free workplace by identifying hazards and putting safety measures in place.
- Simplify the Clients Management System (Whsms) administration process.
- To guarantee that the project risk assessment and WHS management plan are consistently utilised and assessed on-site, implement and supervise their use.
- Weekly orientations for the location and the facility, including safety walks
- Weekly Site Manager Toolbox Conversations: Working Together
Every MTI, LTI, and incident that qualifies as notifiable ought to be looked into and reported. - Encourage the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance corporate culture and performance.
- A minimum of 2 years in a comparable position, completing mid-to-large-scale projects while showcasing effective coordination and management abilities related to safety in the construction sector
- A Minimum Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety
- Collaborative communication skills are necessary for providing advice, persuasion, and relationship development.
- Full Clean Australian Driving Licence
- Computer and system proficiency
