First phase includes one, two and three bedroom apartments in two buildings.
Dubai Properties (DP) has announced the launch of an apartment complex in the emirate’s Dubailand district, according to a statement.
Mudon Views will be situated in the Mudon residential master community, according to the UAE state news agency WAM.
The first phase includes one, two and three bedroom apartments in two buildings, which will be part of a larger wholly residential community with villas and townhouses.
The developer recently showcased the project at the Dubai Property Show in Shanghai, and “received a strong response from Chinese property investors,” WAM reported.
“Communities like Mudon Views continue to be a key investment category for property buyers, especially families who are in search of holistic living within self-reliant communities that are complete with all facilities and amenities,” said Masood Al Awar, Chief Commercial Officer at Dubai Properties.
“The success of Mudon and other projects we have launched in this district including Arabella 1 and Arabella 2 are testimony to investors’ interest in the finest calibre of housing in new and emerging parts of the emirate.”
