The Al Hayer residential project in Al Ain will be handed over early in 2019, according to a statement made by Abu Dhabi-based Musanada. The project is an integrated housing development, and has earned a 2-pearl rating by the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC).
The project is said to be a part of Musanada’s contribution towards providing safe and stable living for UAE nationals.
“Musanada is currently executing several housing projects in Al Ain city spanning multiple regions, in order to provide UAE nationals with high-quality houses,” said Yahya Al Ali, Musanada’s acting infrastructure and housing director. “The units will meet the sustainability requirements as stipulated by the UPC. The 2-pearl system has been implemented, taking into account requirements to satisfy sustainability and proper urban planning needs of all residential complexes.”
The Al Hayer residential project comprises 300 residential plots of approximately 2,025 sqm each, and 30 plots of 3,600 sqm. The $188m project also includes 360 sqm for commercial outlets, and two mosques of 2,700 and 900 sqm.
Majed Hareb Al Suwaidi, head of the Government Housing department at Abu Dhabi Housing Authority added, “The Abu Dhabi government is keen on providing leading services to UAE locals to ensure their happiness, and to secure housing stability through strategic partnerships, and continuous cooperation to realise the aspirations and expectations of UAE locals.”
