The Chester Northgate project will transform the northwest quarter of Chester City Centre with new shopping, leisure and residential development.
Phase one – the development of two restaurants in the current library building is expected to start in autumn 2017. A 167-bedroom 4 star hotel and conference centre and a large cinema are among the plans as well.
The second phase will begin in 2019.
